# Enviar nuevos SKU después de la conversión

En algunos casos, los usuarios pueden volver a un pedido después de que se haya rastreado y añadir más productos. En estos casos, puedes enviar los nuevos productos a impact.com por FTP para que se realice un UPSERT por ti. #### Requisitos

Ya debe existir en impact.com un registro abierto y facturado del pedido. Cualquier intento de hacer upsert de artículos en un pedido bloqueado fallará.
