# Enviar un mensaje a un socio

Usa *Mensajes* para comunicarte rápida y fácilmente con tus socios vinculados. Esta es una buena manera de resolver problemas y comunicarte sobre eventos futuros.

**Permisos de mensajería**
* Necesitarás el **Mensajería** permiso de usuario de la cuenta para enviar mensajes a socios. Este permiso es estándar en los *Community Manager* y *Administrador de cuenta* roles de usuario, y también puede configurarse como parte de [roles personalizados](/brand/es/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/invite-and-manage-users/understanding-user-management-as-a-brand.md).
#### Enviar mensajes a socios
Hay 2 formas en las que puedes enviar mensajes a tus socios:
Desde tu pantalla de Partners
Aprende a [enviar mensajes a socios potenciales](/brand/es/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/prospective-partners/contact-a-prospect.md) y construir tus alianzas.
1. En la barra de navegación izquierda, seleccione  **\[Engage]** → **Partners** → **Partners**.
2. Pasa el cursor sobre el socio al que quieres enviarle un mensaje y luego selecciona  **\[Más]** → **Mensaje**.
3. Introduce el mensaje que te gustaría enviarle a tu socio.
* Opcionalmente, puedes  **\[Adjuntar archivo]**. Se pueden adjuntar los siguientes tipos de archivo: CSV, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
* Todos los archivos adjuntos entrantes y salientes se analizan en busca de virus.
4. Una vez que hayas introducido tu mensaje y añadido tus archivos adjuntos, selecciona **Enviar**.
Desde tu Bandeja de entrada
Enviar mensajes a tus socios puede ser más fácil directamente desde tu *Bandeja de entrada*.

1. En la barra de navegación superior, selecciona  **\[Bandeja de entrada]**.
2. En la barra de búsqueda, busca al socio al que te gustaría enviar un mensaje y selecciona su nombre.
3. Introduce el mensaje que te gustaría enviarle a tu socio.
* Opcionalmente, puedes  **\[Adjuntar archivo]**. Se pueden adjuntar los siguientes tipos de archivo: CSV, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
