# Archivar socios

A veces, los prospectos no prosperan. Cuando esto ocurra, archiva estos prospectos para evitar que obstruyan tu *Prospectos* pantalla. Tienes 2 maneras de archivar prospectos:

* Archiva un prospecto desde la *Prospectos* pantalla.
* Archiva un prospecto al ver su perfil.

#### Archiva un prospecto desde la pantalla de Prospectos

No necesitas ver el perfil del prospecto para archivarlo.

1. En el menú de navegación izquierdo, seleccione ![](https://3147719151-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2FLGBlwxuVWsrxNsjYUMjf%2Fdiscover-v2%20\(1\).svg?alt=media\&token=8a0e56eb-ff89-4046-8e72-ad2b503f8bf9) **\[Descubrir]** → **Prospectos**.
2. Desde el *Prospectos* pantalla, busca el prospecto que deseas archivar.
3. Pasa el cursor sobre su fila en la tabla. En el extremo derecho de la fila, selecciona ![](https://3147719151-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2FMLtRUwWz0pujlfmYWOgg%2FMoreVN.svg?alt=media\&token=03a3c355-a347-4207-baf7-c44fadf6d080) **\[Más]** → **Archivar**.
4. Lee el mensaje de advertencia y luego selecciona **Archivar**.

#### Archiva un prospecto desde el perfil del prospecto

Puedes archivar al prospecto cuando estés revisando el perfil de su pareja.

1. 2. Desde el *Prospectos* pantalla, busca el prospecto cuyo perfil quieres ver.
3. Selecciona su fila en la tabla. Su perfil aparecerá.
4. Revisa su perfil según sea necesario.

6. Lee el mensaje de advertencia y luego selecciona **Archivar**.

#### Ver prospectos archivados

1. Desde el *Prospectos* pantalla, navega hasta el menú de filtros.
2. Cambia el *Mostrar* filtro en **Mostrar archivados** para incluirlos en la tabla.
