# Aumentar la compensación de tus creadores como marca

Como marca, puedes aumentar tu *Contratados* monto de compensación de los creadores si consideras que están desempeñándose bien.

**Nota:** Los aumentos de compensación están disponibles si el SOW utiliza *compensación de tarifa fija*. Para otros tipos de compensación, como el obsequio de productos, la compensación no se puede aumentar.

1. En la barra de navegación izquierda, selecciona ![](/files/fe7777a565e5a85579aeb006aa379fcc1b594c29) **\[Engage]** → **Campaign Manager** → **Creador**.
2. Pasa el cursor sobre la campaña en la que participa el creador y selecciona **Administrar campaña**.
3. En la pantalla de *Solicitantes* , selecciona la pestaña **Contratados** .

4. Pasa el cursor sobre el Creador cuya compensación quieres aumentar y selecciona ![](/files/e623b6985bea839e92dc82c3889750228a7b7af5) **\[Más]** → **Aumentar compensación**.
5. Introduzca un **Nuevo importe** y selecciona **Guardar**.

   * La *Aumentar compensación* la acción actualiza el importe en el SOW, pero no activa el pago. El pago sigue siendo activado por la **Pagar** acción.
   * Se notificará a los creadores cuando se aumente su compensación.
