# Personalizar la declaración de trabajo de un creador
La declaración de trabajo (SOW) de un creador contiene su compensación y todos los entregables que producirá, como el tipo de contenido y las plataformas en las que publicará. Puede modificar el SOW de un creador, incluida la compensación, la asignación de tareas, los derechos de uso y más, sin afectar a otros creadores que participan en la misma campaña.
Cuando invite a nuevos creadores a su campaña, puede incluir el SOW predeterminado de la campaña o personalizar el SOW. 1. En la barra de navegación izquierda, seleccione  **\[Engage]** → **Administrador de campañas** → [**Creator**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml).
2. En la *Administrador de campañas* pantalla, selecciona la pestaña **Activo** pestaña para ver todas tus campañas actualmente activas.
3. Pase el cursor sobre la campaña para la que desea personalizar el SOW y luego seleccione **Administrar campaña**.
4. Seleccione el **Solicitantes** pestaña y, a continuación, seleccione cualquiera de los siguientes estados:
* **Solicitado**
* **En negociación**
* **En revisión**
5. Pase el cursor sobre el creador para el que desea personalizar el SOW y luego seleccione **Ver propuesta**.
6. Seleccione **Negociar**, y luego haga ajustes al SOW del creador.

7. Seleccione **Enviar nueva propuesta** una vez que hayas terminado de hacer tus cambios.
* Seleccione **Contratar sin negociación** si desea cambiar el SOW sin que el creador negocie los cambios.
