# ¿Por qué se ha suspendido mi cuenta?

impact.com suspende automáticamente las cuentas de marca que tienen más de 60 días de atraso en los pagos de tarifas de impact.com o en los pagos a socios.

#### Qué significa la suspensión para ti

* Tienes acceso limitado a la plataforma de impact.com. Solo puedes iniciar sesión, [contacte con soporte](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true), y [depositar fondos en tu cuenta de financiación](/brand/es/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).
* Las operaciones de tu cuenta, como el seguimiento, las reversas, las suscripciones y los FTPs, seguirán funcionando mientras tu cuenta esté suspendida.

#### Cómo recuperar el acceso completo a la cuenta

* [Realiza un depósito](/brand/es/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md) en tu cuenta de impact.com suficiente para cubrir el saldo vencido total.
* En cuanto el pago se haya aplicado a tu cuenta de financiación, el acceso a la plataforma se restablecerá automáticamente.

#### Consecuencias de un incumplimiento prolongado del pago

* Retrasos adicionales en el pago pueden hacer que tu cuenta sea enviada a cobranzas.
* Tu cuenta correrá el riesgo de desactivación.
