impact.com suspende automáticamente las cuentas de marca que tengan más de 60 días de retraso en los pagos de tarifas de impact.com o en los pagos a partners.

#### Qué significa la suspensión para usted

* Tiene acceso limitado a la plataforma de impact.com. Solo puede iniciar sesión, [contacta con soporte](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)y [depositar fondos en su cuenta de fondos](/brand/es/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).
* Las operaciones de su cuenta, como el seguimiento, las reversas, las suscripciones y los FTP, seguirán funcionando mientras su cuenta esté suspendida.

#### Cómo recuperar el acceso completo a la cuenta
