# Batch-Änderungen oder -Rücknahmen zurücksetzen

Wenn Sie eine ausstehende Aktion versehentlich geändert oder rückgängig gemacht haben und ihren ursprünglichen Wert oder Status wiederherstellen möchten, können Sie eine Zurücksetzungsdatei einreichen.

**Hinweis:** Die Verwendung einer Zurücksetzungsdatei kann bestimmte Berichte zur Aktionsliste verfälschen, z. B. dass versehentliche Rückgängigmachungen (selbst nach dem Zurücksetzen) weiterhin als rückgängig dargestellt werden oder Aktionen mit dem Status „Auf ursprünglichen Wert zurückgesetzt“ hängen bleiben können, selbst wenn sie nach dem Zurücksetzen geändert wurden. Wir empfehlen, dies mit Ihrem CSM zu besprechen (oder [den Support kontaktieren](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)) bevor Sie eine Zurücksetzungsdatei einreichen.

Diese Datei erfordert nur drei Kopfzeilen. Diese Werte finden Sie auf der *Aktionsdetails* Bildschirm:

1. 2. Im *Aktions-ID* Spalte, wählen Sie den verknüpften **Aktions-ID**.

| OID              | Der Wert der Auftrags-ID (OID) der zurückzusetzenden Aktion.                               |
| ActionTracker-ID | Die ID des Ereignistyps (d. h. des Action Trackers), durch den diese Aktion erfasst wurde. |
| Grund            | `RESET` ist der einzige akzeptierte Wert.                                                  |
