# Stapelweise Änderungen oder Stornierungen zurücksetzen

Wenn Sie eine ausstehende Aktion versehentlich geändert oder rückgängig gemacht haben und ihren ursprünglichen Wert oder Status wiederherstellen möchten, können Sie eine Reset-Datei einreichen.

**Hinweis:** Die Verwendung einer Reset-Datei kann bestimmte Berichte zur Aktionsauflistung verfälschen, z. B. dass versehentliche Rückgängigmachungen (selbst nach dem Zurücksetzen) weiterhin als rückgängig gemacht angezeigt werden, oder Aktionen mit dem Status „Auf ursprünglichen Wert zurückgesetzt“ hängen bleiben können, selbst wenn sie nach dem Zurücksetzen geändert wurden. Wir empfehlen, dies mit Ihrem CSM (oder [wenden Sie sich an den Support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)) zu besprechen, bevor Sie eine Reset-Datei einreichen.

Diese Datei erfordert nur drei Kopfzeilen. Diese Werte finden Sie im *Aktionsdetails* Bildschirm an:

1. 2. In der *Aktions-ID* Spalte, wählen Sie den verknüpften **Aktions-ID**.

| OID             | Der Order-ID-(OID)-Wert der Aktion, die zurückgesetzt werden soll.               |
| ActionTrackerId | Die ID des Eventtyps (d. h. Action Tracker), mit dem diese Aktion erfasst wurde. |
| Grund           | `RESET` ist der einzige akzeptierte Wert.                                        |
