# Stapeländerungen oder Rückgängig-Machungen zurücksetzen

Wenn Sie versehentlich eine ausstehende Aktion geändert oder zurückgesetzt haben und ihren ursprünglichen Wert oder Status wiederherstellen möchten, können Sie eine Reset-Datei einreichen.

**Hinweis:** Die Verwendung einer Reset-Datei kann bestimmte Berichte zur Aktionsauflistung verfälschen, z. B. dass versehentliche Rücksetzungen (selbst nach dem Reset) weiterhin als zurückgesetzt angezeigt werden oder Aktionen mit dem Status „Auf ursprünglichen Wert zurückgesetzt“ hängen bleiben können, selbst wenn sie nach dem Zurücksetzen geändert wurden. Wir empfehlen, dies mit Ihrem CSM (oder [wenden Sie sich an den Support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)) zu besprechen, bevor Sie eine Reset-Datei einreichen.

Diese Datei benötigt nur drei Überschriften. Diese Werte finden Sie in der *Aktionsdetails* Bildschirm:

1. Wählen Sie in der linken Navigationsleiste ![](/files/8189ccdb3d6833e64eac05afbd5a6e7ceadce224) **\[Engage] → Transaktionen → Ausstehende Auszahlungen → Aktionen**.
2. Im *Aktions-ID* Spalte, wählen Sie die verknüpfte **Aktions-ID**.

| Oid             | Der Wert der Bestell-ID (OID) der Aktion, die zurückgesetzt werden soll.                   |
| ActionTrackerId | Die ID des Ereignistyps (d. h. des Action Trackers), über den diese Aktion verfolgt wurde. |
| Grund           | `RESET` ist der einzige akzeptierte Wert.                                                  |
