impact.com automatically suspends brand accounts that are more than 60 days overdue on either impact.com fee payments or partner payments.

What suspension means for you

• You have limited access to the impact.com platform. You can only log in, contact support, and deposit funds into your funding account.

• Your account operations such as tracking, reversals, subscriptions, and FTPs will continue to work while your account is suspended.

How to regain full account access

• Make a deposit to your impact.com account that is sufficient to cover the full overdue balance.

• As soon as the payment has been applied to your funding account, access to the platform will be automatically restored.

Consequences of extended failure to pay

• Further payment delays may result in your account being referred to collections.

• Your account will be at risk of deactivation.
