# impact.com Starter Agency Edition 计费说明

当系统跟踪到您的首个由合作伙伴驱动的操作后，您的首笔合作伙伴付款将被收取；在您注册满一个完整日历月后，impact.com 将在您加入 impact.com 的第二个月第一天收取首笔 impact.com 费用。您的每月 impact.com 费用为 30 美元（或等值金额）或合作伙伴佣金总额的 20%，以较高者为准。

当您注册 Starter Agency Edition 时，您需要提供信用卡信息。这使 impact.com 能够补充您的资金账户，并确保所有费用都能得到支付，防止逾期付款。当您的资金账户余额低于支付 impact.com 费用或合作伙伴成本所需的最低金额时，系统将自动从您的信用卡扣款，为资金账户补足所需金额。

**如果您的资金账户余额充足，或者您欠合作伙伴 + impact.com 的总额低于最低扣款金额，impact.com 就不会从您的信用卡扣款。**

#### 预期行为

每当需要支付合作伙伴费用或 impact.com 费用时，系统都会检查您的资金账户是否足以支付这些费用。如果您的资金账户余额低于支付 impact.com 费用或合作伙伴成本所需的金额，系统将从您的信用卡扣款，以所需金额补足您的资金账户。

**6 月 20 日——首个转化已锁定：**

根据您与合作伙伴合同中的共同约定，5 月 30 日跟踪到的操作将在 6 月 20 日锁定。现在将从您的资金账户中扣除合作伙伴成本。

* 资金账户余额：$75
* 应付总额：$0（未跟踪到新的转化。）
* 资金账户扣款：75 美元合作伙伴成本
* 信用卡自动扣款：$0（所有费用均已覆盖，因此不会发生自动扣款。）

**7 月 1 日——首笔 impact.com 费用收取：**

7 月 1 日是您注册满一个完整日历月后的第二个月的第一天。您首笔 impact.com 月度使用费将于今天收取，但会在 7 月 2 日结清。此后，您的月度使用费将于每月 1 日按上个月的使用情况收取。
