# impact.com Fees Explained for Agencies When you sign with impact.com, the contract stipulates an amount due for using impact.com's Partnership Cloud to drive value for your clients. These fees are assessed each month according to the terms stipulated in your contract—which is usually 15 or 30 days after they are calculated. **impact.com fees are deducted directly from your funding account when due, and take priority over all other payments**.
