# Resolve the “Access Denied” Error as an Agency

If you’re an agency and have signed up for impact.com’s weekly merchandising emails, you may run into an Access Denied error when you select a link to a publisher-curated list. This happens because these lists are only accessible to brand accounts.

There’s a quick fix: log in to one of your brand accounts before clicking the link. This short guide will show you how.

1. Sign into your agency console in impact.com.
2. From the left navigation menu, select ![](https://1033662419-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FokTNfAIjBtFchXJ9pC2q%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b60d1cf660bd56d7d450f97f940d927512146703%2F979eb643f9453e9255704627c05f2d1af22503c6fb50cc69df3972fa95e96f73.svg?alt=media) **\[Agency] → Advertisers**.
3. Select **Login** to sign in as one of your managed brands.

You’ll be redirected to the brand view of the impact.com platform. From here, you can return to the email and select the link again to view the list in the Marketplace!
