# Manage Partners as an Agency

impact.com's in-app Customer Relationship Management tools can help you manage your relationship with partner. Within the *Media Partners* tab, you can perform actions like assign agency account managers to a partner account, view partner performance, and create notes regarding the partner.

#### Log into a partner's account as an agency member

You can log into a partner's account if you need to make any updates.

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Media Partners → Companies**.
2. Use the filters at the top of your screen to refine your view of partners.
3. Under *Login*, select **Login** next to the partner to which you want to make changes.

#### Assign an account owner to a partner

If you want someone on your team to be the primary point of contact for a partner, assign them to be the partner's *account owner*.

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Media Partners → Companies**.
2. Use the filters at the top of your screen to refine your view of partners.
3. Under *Account Owner*, select **Assign**.
4. 5. Select the account owner from the drop-down menu.
6. Select **Save**.

#### Edit a partner's account information

Manage a partner's account information, like their contact information, tax information, promotional methods, and more.

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Media Partners → Companies**.
2. Use the filters at the top of your screen to refine your view of partners.
3. Under *Review*, select **Review**.
4. 5. Make your changes, then select **Save**.

#### Suspend or deactivate a partner's account

**Warning:** Partners will know that you suspended or deactivated their account. Remember that while a suspension is reversible, account deactivations are not. Take great care with these actions, as they will cause partners to potentially lose out on funds, and are irreversible if you deactivate their account.

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Media Partners → Companies**.
2. Use the filters at the top of your screen to refine your view of partners.
3. Under *Review*, select **Review**
4. In the top-right corner, select **Suspend** or **Deactivate**.
   * To reactivate a partner, return to this screen, then select **Reactivate**.

#### Add notes about a partner

Keep a history of your interactions with a partner.

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Media Partners → Companies**.
2. Use the filters at the top of your screen to refine your view of partners.
3. Under *Notes*, select **Notes**.
4. Add any notes about a partner, as well as any files you might have about the interaction.
