# Resolver o erro “Acesso Negado” como uma Agência

Se você é uma agência e se inscreveu nos e-mails semanais de merchandising da impact.com, pode encontrar um erro de Acesso Negado ao selecionar um link para uma lista criada por um publisher. Isso acontece porque essas listas são acessíveis apenas para contas de marcas.

Há uma solução rápida: faça login em uma das suas contas de marca antes de clicar no link. Este breve guia mostrará como.

1. Faça login no seu console de agência na impact.com.
2. No menu de navegação à esquerda, selecione ![](/files/7624383210d3132b07418f31aff9a5c3eff7e74a) **\[Agência] → Anunciantes**.
3. Selecione **Entrar** para entrar como uma das suas marcas gerenciadas.

Você será redirecionado para a visualização da marca na plataforma impact.com. A partir daqui, você pode voltar ao e-mail e selecionar o link novamente para visualizar a lista no Marketplace!
