# 代理店向け impact.com 手数料の説明

impact.comと契約すると、契約には、クライアントに価値をもたらすために impact.com の Partnership Cloud を利用する対価として支払う金額が定められます。これらの料金は、契約に定められた条件に従って毎月請求されます。通常は算出後15日または30日後です。

**impact.comの料金は、支払期日になると資金口座から直接差し引かれ、他のすべての支払いより優先されます**。impact.com料金の請求スケジュールを資金調達戦略を検討する際に念頭に置き、impact.com料金が必ず賄われるようにしてください。

**注:** 管理しているブランドとの財務上の関係によっては、ブランドの財務状況を監視する必要がない場合があります。ただし、各請求サイクルごとに impact.com 料金の責任は引き続き負います。

#### 料金の種類

impact.com の請求書には4種類の料金が表示されます。各料金タイプに含まれる内容については、以下の表をご覧ください。

#### impact.com の請求書

impact.com は、料金の一覧が記載されたダウンロード可能な PDF 請求書を提供しています。お使いの *アカウント設定ルール* がどのように設定されているかによって、impact の請求書に管理対象ブランドの料金も含まれる場合と含まれない場合があります。impact.com の請求書を表示するには：

#### パートナー支払い請求書

管理しているブランドとの財務上の関係によっては、掲載料のようなパートナー費用が請求される場合もあります。ブランドの財務状況をあなたが管理している場合、これらの料金が発生したブランドではなく、これらの請求書はあなたに届きます。パートナー支払い請求書を表示するには：
