# エージェンシーとして「アクセス拒否」エラーを解決する

代理店で、impact.com の毎週配信されるマーチャンダイジングメールに登録している場合、パブリッシャーが厳選したリストへのリンクを選択すると、アクセス拒否エラーが発生することがあります。これは、これらのリストがブランドアカウントからのみアクセス可能なためです。

簡単な対処法があります。リンクをクリックする前に、ブランドアカウントのいずれかにログインしてください。この短いガイドで、その方法を説明します。

1. impact.com で代理店コンソールにサインインします。
